NYC cont'd...
So many things to see...we hit up quite a bit though. When I say hit up, I mean saw...we j
ust didn't feel like standing in the long lines to actually go to the Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building, maybe next time when the lines aren't so freakin' long. I don't know when that's gonna be, but here's to hoping. The Hilton was amazing, it had one of those showers with the multi-shower heads pointing at you from all different directions...ahhhh, heaven. Rach be sure to thank your dad for the hookup, that was awfully nice of him. After the Hilton we moved to the Paramount Hotel, which was right smack in the middle of Times Square...awesome location, and cute bartenders. The location allowed us to indulge on our very bad habit of shopping, and oh yes, we did some damage. H&M, my new favorite store! The MET and MOMA, NY Library, Cathedrals, Central Park, Good Enough to Eat, Lalo's, Magnolias, Carnegie Deli, Samba Sushi, Century 21, Greenwich Village, NYSE, 911, Washington Heights, Harlem, New Jersey, Copa (Misty, will you please teach me how to do the bunny hop ;)), Quintocentenario, Lotus, sapphire Lounge, The Producers...and the list goes on. My cousin even came down by bus t
o join us...thankx cuz. You rock! So much fun, that I decided to extend my trip. Yes! XT you rock my world...I can't believe it's been 8 years since I saw you last. I'm so, so very glad that you are back en mi vida loca. I don't even know how we lost touch...do you? Go Sundevils! If there was one thing I wished we would've done, it would be to go to the top of the Empire State Building, and take the 2 hour boat ride around the harbor. I'll make sure to put those on my list for the next time around.
